M204.2653 Refresh privileges required for subsystem subsysName
The user must have REFRESH command privileges to execute the REFRESH SUBSYSPROC command for the indicated subsystem.
Response: Use the SUBSYSMGMT subsystem to define REFRESH command privileges for the indicated subsystem.
