Definition of a CLOB or BLOB field requires that the file have Table E pages. This file has no Table E pages.
Response: Correct the file's CREATE command parameters, and retry.
File manager response: When you create the file, specify a PARAMETER ESIZE large enough to hold your Large Object data, plus 20 pages of overhead for bitmaps.
