M204.2906 IEANTCR cannot be loaded - code token rc token2
(z/OS only) When Model 204 starts, it tries to create a NAME/TOKEN pair at system level, using the IBM-supplied services program IEANTCR. This message shows that IEANTCR could not be loaded. It displays the abend code from the LOAD macro and the register 15 return code.
