MSIR.0074 Invalid (item) - must be number between (min) and (max)

This message indicates that a numeric parameter in a JANUS subcommand is invalid. The value (described by 'item') must be a number between 'min' and 'max'. See the documentation of the parameter described by 'item' for the particular subcommand issued.

The command is ignored.
