This message indicates that a client attempted to connect to a Janus Specialty Data Store port or a Janus Open Server port and it was using an extremely old version of the Sybase Open CLient libraries. It is fairly unlikely that there are any libraries still in use that would cause this message to be issued so this message is more likely to be indicative of a bug. Call Technical Support.
