MSIR.0182 Message from server - Msg (msgnum), Level (level), State (state):

A Janus Open Client connection has received the indicated message from the remote server. This message will be followed by an MSIR.0184 that gives further details about the nature of the message and MSIR.0185 the provides the text of the message If this is insufficient, see the appropriate messages manual for the remote server to determine the meaning of the message. This message differs from MSIR.0183 in that MSIR.0182 is used for informational messages while MSIR.0183 is used for error messages.
