A Janus Open Client connection has received the indicated message from the remote server. This message will be followed by an MSIR.0184 that gives further details about the nature of the message and by MSIR.0185 that provides the text of the message. If this is insufficient, see the appropriate messages manual for the remote server to determine the meaning of the message.

This message differs from MSIR.0182 in that MSIR.0182 is used for informational messages while MSIR.0183 is used for error messages.
