MSIR.0280 Userid (userid) too long, must be 11 characters or shorter

This message indicates that a JANUS command was issued (for example, JANUS DEFINEUSGROUP, which contains a list of userids) with a userid (shown in the message as 'userid') containing more than 11 characters. Userids must be 11 characters or shorter (including wildcard characters).
