MSIR.0298 Maximum connections missing for JANUS DEFINE command

This message indicates that a JANUS DEFINE command was issued with the portname, port number and port type, but not with the maximum simultaneous connections allowed for the port. Reissue the command with the maximum connections specified, or review the format of the JANUS DEFINE command.
