MSIR.0412 Attempt to load field (target) from multiple fields - (source1) and (source2)

This message indicates that an LAI statement was issued in a FLOD program, and field target has data from multiple fields in a family, source1 and source2.
The most likely cause of this is that values were stored in the unloaded file for both source1 and source2, and during a reorg of the file you are attempting to relate the fields to each other, make one an alias of the other or make both aliases of the same field.
If that is the scenario, in order to achieve this attempt you must decide which one of them contains the correct data values and delete all occurrences of the other field.
