MSIR.0420 Dumped file has SIRFIELD attributes, can't RESTORE on non-SIRFIELD system

This message indicates that a RESTORE command was attempted for a dump of a file which is under the protection of the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility, and it could not succeed because the Model 204 load module being executed does not contain the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility with a current authorization on the executing CPU.

Use the SIRIUS command to determine the components of the Sirius Mods which are present in the load module, and what their authorization status is. If your installation procedures have been correct and the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility should be present and authorized, please call Technical Support.
