MSIR.0513 Error in ($func) call, no Sirius debug info

A request is being cancelled because the $func call returned a value specified on a SIRFACT CANCEL $func command. Determine the cause of the bad return value from the $function (perhaps by getting a SirFact dump) and correct the SOUL code, or if it is determined that the returned value is an acceptable return value from $func, remove the value from the SIRFACT CANCEL command or wrap the specific $function invocation in a SIRFACT OFF/SIRFACT ON bracket.
