MSIR.0522 Missing (qual) for SIRFACT DUMP command

The 'qual' qualifier was specified on a SIRFACT DUMP command but no value was specified or the FILENAME or PROCNAME that are required on all SIRFACT DUMP commands was not specified. The syntax of the SIRFACT DUMP command is SIRFACT DUMP filename procname [qualifiers].
