MSIR.0551 SirSafe is (status) for current CCASTAT

This message indicates the status of SirSafe in an Online, either as a normal response to a AUTHCTL V command, or an error response to either an AUTHCTL A or AUTHCTL C command. In the latter case, the current AUTHCTL settings preclude the just issued command — most likely because an AUTHCTL A was issued when SirSafe is already enabled for the Online.
