!DUPEXIT optionally exits the current INCLUDE level to the next higher level but there is no higher level when typing in a request at command level so !DUPEXIT is invalid there. Don't issue !DUPEXIT macro commands at command level.

CLASS=EError class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
