MSIR.0572 STAT must be linked in for PERFOPT2 X'10' to be set

The PERFOPT2 X'10' bit which enables the macro language facility requires the Model 204 STAT module to be linked into the Online load module. Either link STAT into the Online load module or don't use the macro facility.
