MSIR.0615 Subsystem (name) too long, must be 11 characters or shorter

This message indicates that a JANUS CLSOCK command was issued with the SUBSYS clause, and the name of the subsystem exceeded 11 characters. Model 204 subsystem names are, in fact, at most 10 characters in length.
