MSIR.0622 Insufficient memory for Janus translate tables

Insufficient free virtual storage was available to allocate the control blocks required to load the new translate tables for the JANUS LOADXT command. Increase the amount of virtual storage available to the Online region.

CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
