MSIR.0661 Snap taken, user bumped by BUMPSNAP command

This message is issued on a thread that was the target of a BUMPSNAP command, when the BUMPSNAP is noticed and can be handled. Note that while the message says that a snap was taken, it was only really requested and can still be suppressed, because SNAPLIM was exceeded or because this message was MSGCTL'ed to NOSNAP (though it would be strange, indeed, for someone to do this).
