MSIR.0673 Can't initialize Janus, no Open MVS segment defined

To use the BPX TCP/IP API under MVS, an OMVS user and group id must be defined for the user under which Model 204 is running. This would typically be done using the security package (RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret) in-use at the site. For more information on specifying an OMVS userid and group id, see your security package manuals or contact Technical Support.

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
