MSIR.0711 (XML document fragment)

This message indicates that an error occurred while parsing an XML document. The text of the message (XML document fragment) contains the entire XML document, or a portion of it near the point at which an error was discovered. The reason for the error is explained in message MSIR.0710, which is issued prior to message MSIR.0711. Also, message MSIR.0709 will follow message MSIR.0711, and it will consist of a vertical bar (|) underneath the character displayed in MSIR.0711 that is at or near the error.
This is an informational message and it is not displayed on the user's terminal.
