MSIR.0728 (attribute) variable invalid in (blocktype)

Certain variable attributes are invalid in certain variable definition blocks. For example, the Global, Session, or Common attributes are not valid for structures or Public/Private class variables (they are valid for Shared variables). Static is also invalid for such variables. Don't use the proscribed attributes in these contexts.
Message attributes:
