An internal name specified in an InternalNames block was already in use, either as an internal name for another parameter, or as a parameter name. Internal parameter names must be unique.
Message attributes:

| CLASS=E | Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter |
