MSIR.0974  TRY invalid -- token

A Try block has been invoked without the correct Soul structure to process. One problem might be that there are no Soul statements within the block to Try for an exception, in which case the following message is produced

MSIR.0974: TRY invalid -- nothing tried

Another possibiity is that Try block didn't contain a valid Catch or Rethrow statement to catch an exception condition, in which case the following error would be produced

MSIR.0974: TRY invalid -- no Catch block(s) or Rethrows
