MSIR.0982  Exception On method token

This error is produced through incorrect of the special case exception methods onThrow and onUncaught. The following examples are amongst the texts that might appear with this message:

  • The On method is defined as a method type other than a subroutine, in which case the following message is produced:

    MSIR.0982: Exception On method must be a Subroutine

  • The On method is cannot be defined as overridable, although its behaviour is similar to an overridable method. In this case the following message is produced:

    MSIR.0982: Exception On method cannot be explicitly overridable
