Action:

Displays in a separate, external window the current contents of the Client's main button bar (restoring any previous docking position). Or, if the main button bar is already open, it brings to the top of your current stack of open windows the external Button Bar window.

Syntax:

openExternalButtonWindow 

A buttonBar show command has very similar effects.

Client menu: Window > Show Main Button Bar in External Window
