To request a Rocket M204 user ID or to reset your password please call Rocket M204 Support at +1.800.755.4222 or send e-mail to m204support@rocketsoftware.com. We will need to verify your organization before you can download products or generate emergency disaster recovery authorization zaps. If you need to change information in your profile, please send an e-mail outlining the requested changes to: m204support@rocketsoftware.com.
