The indicated subsystem is unavailable because it is running in TEST mode, was halted with the STOP SUBSYSTEM command, or was suspended with the SUSPEND command.
Response: Try accessing the subsystem later.
System manager response: If no STOP, SUSPEND, or TEST command was explicitly issued, review the audit trail prior to the first M204.0446 error message. If CCATEMP filled, for example, increase the space allocation for CCATEMP, and rerun Model 204.
