MSIR.0207 File must be created with current release for SIRFIELD

This message indicates that a SIRFIELD command was issued for a Model 204 file which was created with an old release of Model 204; only files created at or after Model 204 Release 9.0 can be used with the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility

The command is rejected.

Message attributes:

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
