MSIR.0382 SSL protocol error

From m204wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

This message indicates that a request was received, on a Janus SSL port, that does not conform to a valid SSL request. One cause of this would be sending a browser request to an SSL port, but using http: in the URL (rather than https:)

If you cannot determine the cause of the problem, it may also indicate either a bug in Janus Network Security or in the client's SSL support. Contact Technical Support.
