MSIR.0533 Invalid character X'FF' in CMD for JANUS WEB ON command

A JANUS WEB ON command was issued that contained the X'FF' character for the value associated with the CMD parameter. If it is essential to have a X'FF' in a CMD, precede the X'FF' with the escape character, the double quote (").
