MSIR.1071  token only valid in Shared block

A Soul clause has been coded outside of a public or private shared block, and the clause is only valid when defined within a shared block. Fr example, if a Friend clause is coded outside of a shared block in a class definition, then the following message is issued

MSIR.1071: FRIEND only valid in Shared block
